1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flyshot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flyshot provides artificial intelligence-based image processing and generation tools. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or commercial business purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Content & Ownership

• Your Inputs: You retain all rights and ownership to the original images you upload to the Service.
• Generated Outputs: You own all commercial rights to the final images generated by Flyshot using your inputs, provided your account is in good standing and credits were acquired legitimately.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload images that contain illegal, explicit, copyrighted material you do not own, or content that violates the rights of third parties.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a Pay-As-You-Go credit system. Credits are purchased via Stripe. All sales are final and non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits do not expire as long as the Service remains operational.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS”. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability or specific outcome quality of the AI generation. In no event shall Flyshot be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
